The strategies that helped me most with scalability were: Dreamweaver MX templates, server-side includes, code snippets, dynamic content, CSS, site root-relative links, reusable code, and Dreamweaver MX extensions. Finally, I should mention Dreamweaver MX’s Search and Replace function, which saved me a couple of times.CSSFirst,  I used a mixture of HTML and CSS to achieve my look.
